Nah, this is part of a spread alongside my last post. But both of them together are actually a concept for a series of music videos I'm making with my friends. The first one is finished and clips and art from it is just around the corner!

Just kiddin'.
In Paint Tool SAI, if you scroll down and click on the "brush textures" tab and then scroll through it, there should be a texture called "skulls".

A Custom Clip Studio Brush that I downloaded called dirtbrush. I used it on a hue-shift layer.
