How did you make this?

Mostly Blender jank. It's three torus knots with a crap ton of simple deforms applied (I just spammed it until it looked good. theres like 20 on all three) applied an HDR of studio lights for the shiny metallic look (I think you need BlenderKit for HDRs.) Then I just took a picture of it, moved it to CSP, changed the colors with a gradient map and slapped sum shit on it. PM if u need more info! happy to share

Just kiddin'.
In Paint Tool SAI, if you scroll down and click on the "brush textures" tab and then scroll through it, there should be a texture called "skulls".

A Custom Clip Studio Brush that I downloaded called dirtbrush. I used it on a hue-shift layer.
